摘要
目的通过对核素骨显像的影响因素进行分析,以提高骨显像的图像质量。方法随机抽取本院500份骨显像图片,按照优质骨显像的标准,对收集标本进行质量评定,并对瑕疵片的影响因素进行相关分析。结果优质片452份,占91%,瑕疵片48份,占9%,导致瑕疵片的因素有:核素污染(占50%),扫描不全(16.6%),仪器因素(14.6%),运动性模糊(12.5%),金属异物遮挡(4.2%),药物标记欠佳(4.2%)。结论影响核素骨显像图质量的因素多种多样,尤以患者自身原因和医务人员技术操作等人为因素为主。在实际工作中若能克服上述因素,对提高骨显像图质量具有重要意义。
Objective To improve the quality of the bone imaging, the factors affecting radionuclide imaging of bone were analyzed. Methods Five hundred films of bone imaging were randomly collected from our hospital as sample, and all of these films were evaluated according to the standard of good quality. Factors affecting imaging were analyzed. Results 452 films were of good quality (91%) and 48 were of poor quality (9%) . The factors that affected the imaging included nuclides contamination (50.0%), incomplete scan( 16. 6), systematic error of machine ( 14.6% ), movement of patients ( 10.4% ), metal items on patients'body (4.2%), and unsatisfied labeled agents(4.2% ). Conclusions Many factors can result in poor quality of the bone imaging, most of these unwanted factors can be avoided. It is of importance to avoid these affecting factors in order to get images with good quality.
