摘要
我国交通行业推行监理制度已经二十年了,其保证了全国一大批公路、水运重点工程项目的实施,促进了我国交通工程建设管理水平的提高。但是中国加入WTO以后,交通工程监理工作面临着国外同行的强大竞争压力,故加强监理人才建设是提高竞争力的前提。
The supervisor system has been practiced for 20 years in Chinese transportation industry. It ensured many of the important engineer items put in practice, such as highway engineer and waterway engineer. It advanced the level of the construction and management of traffic engineering. But since China joined WTO, traffic engineering supervisors have faced the competition of overseas supervisors. So enhancing the training of engineerinh supervisors is the precondition of advancing competitive power.
