社会支持对社区老年人生活质量的影响

The influence of social support on old people,s life quality in community of Urumqi

目的研究乌鲁木齐市社区老年人生活质量与社会支持的关系，探讨提高社区老年人生活质量的有效途径。方法采用MOSSF-36、SSRS量表对1151例社区老年人进行调查，并分析两者之间的关系。结果社区老年人社会支持得分高低对其生活质量总分、生理功能、总体健康、活力有影响（P〈0．05），而对生理职能、身体疼痛、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康的影响不明显（P〉0．05）。社会支持总分及其各维度均影响老年人的生活质量。结论社会支持状况直接影响社区老年人的生活质量，完善社会支持网络对提高老年人的生活质量有重要意义。

Objective To study the relationship between life quality and social support of old people of community in Urumqi, and to analysis and discuss the effective measures to improve their life quality. Methods All 1 151 old people were evaluated by using the MOS SF- 36 questionnaires, and the Social Support Review questionnaires （SSRS） . Results The level of the score of social support of old people of community has significant influence on their general score of life quality, physical function, general health, vitality （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, while has insignificant influence on their physical function, body pain, social function, role emotional, mental health （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Social support directly influent on life quality of old people of community. We should pay attention to the effectiveness of social support system to improve their life quality.
