目的探讨人文关怀对产科护理质量的影响。方法在传统式分娩的基础上，注重孕妇在产程中心理、生理和社会的需要，对每位进入活跃期的孕妇由1名助产士全程陪伴分娩至产后2h的护理过程。结果采取人性化分娩护理模式剖宫产率下降，产后人出血率下降，新生儿窒急率下降。产程缩短，有效促进产程进展，产妇对护理工作满意率提高。结论现代护理理念体现中国传统护理理念中的人文精神，注重科学精神与人文精神的互补原则。人文关怀分娩护理使孕妇各种需要得到最大的满足，有利于产科护理质量的提高。

Objective To study the influence of of Humanism Concern on the quality of obstetrical department nursing. Methods With the humanism pattern of one nurse to one parturient, every pregnant woman entering the active stage was accompanied on the whole birth process and after two hours. On the base of traditional delivery, we also pay much more attention to the psychological, physiological, and social needs. Results The humanism delivery nursing pattern of one nurse to one parturient can reduce the rate of cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage. And the rate of asphyxia neonatorum reduce too. Birth process shorten. Comparing with the tradi- tional nursing pattern, the rate of mood steady of pregnant women increase, the satisfactory rate raise too. Conclusion Modern sense of nursing should embody the humanism in sense of nursing, laying stress on the mutual compensation of seientific spirit and humanism. The humanism concern nursing pattern of can make pregnant women satisfied to the utmost degree for every need, and it is favor to increase the nursing quality.
