本文认为物流行业的诚信危机严重影响了我国TPL的发展。非正规TPL的诚信问题是影响物流行业健康发展的主要问题,已经成了TPL发展的瓶颈。文中提出TPL信息集成化实施方案、信息集成条件下政府对TPL的诚信监管形式和解决行业诚信问题的具体办法。

The author points out the credibility crisis of logistic industries serious impacts the TPL development of China. And the credibility of informal logistics companies is the main problem that influences the healthy development of logistics industries, which has been become the bottlenecks of the development of the TPL. The thesis puts forward the executive plan for information integration of logistics companies. Offer the method of the government＇s credibility supervision for logistics companies, and finds out the detailed solutions for the problems of credibility of logistics industries.
