摘要
本文分析了在电子商务环境下对客户价值进行评价的必要性,在传统的客户价值评价指标的基础之上结合电子商务的特点提出了电子商务环境下的客户价值评价指标,并且结合层次分析法,构建出电子商务环境下的客户价值评价模型。
This paper analyzes customer value which is accessed under the environment of electronic business, and presents the customer value evaluation index under the environment of electronic business, which is based on customer value in the evaluation of the traditional indicators and the characteristics of the e-business environment, and with AHP building the E-business environment customer value assessment model.
