摘要
随着中国经济的快速发展,上海国际航运中心建设进程的推进,上海港作为国内第一大港,其港口物流也进入快速发展阶段。在上海港港口物流发展进程中,既存在机遇又存在挑战。本文对上海港港口物流发展的优劣势进行了分析。在此基础上,运用BCG矩阵分析上海港港口物流业务。根据分析结果,指出上海港港口物流业务的未来发展趋势。
The logistics of Shanghai Harbor is in a rapid developing stage with the rapid development of China economy and progress of building the international shipping center by Shanghai. There are both opportunities and challenges when developing the logistics of Shanghai Harbor. This article first analyzes the advantage and disadvantage for developing the logistics of Shanghai Harbor, then, analyzes the logistics business of Shanghai Harbor using the BCG matrix based on the first analyze, finally, brings forward the future developing trend according to the logistics business analyze result.
