文章通过分析金程物流有限公司在绩效管理中存在的问题:对绩效管理的认识不清、绩效考核指标设计不科学、薪酬等相关模块设计不合理导致绩效考核失败等做了阐述并分析了深层次的原因,最后探讨对其绩效管理提出改进方案。
The article analyses the problems in performance management of Jincheng Logistics Limited: unclear understanding of performance management; unscientific indicators of performance appraisal; unreasonable pay, and other related modules leading to failure of performance appraisal etc. The article analyses these problems and indicates the deepseated reasons, and proposes the improving schedule of their performance management in the end.
