Strategic Transformation:A New Step in Party Building From Community to City

改革开放以来,城市经济社会结构的深刻变革,使城市基层党建的动力和重心、工作对象和方式、组织运转的逻辑和党员的个人发展路径等发生了重大转变。城市党建的提出顺应了这种重大转变和战略转移的要求,从更大范围、更高层次来统筹谋划城市党的建设,实现从社区党建向城市党建的跨越。此外,文章还提出了构建城市党建新体制的具体思路和推进路径。

Since the openlng-up and reform policy, with the restructuring of urban economy and society, great changes have taken place in party-building in terms of its motivating force, its objects, its operating means and CCP members＇ individual development. The idea of Party building at the city level, adapting to the great strategic transformation, means planning the Party building at the city level as a whole, and thus achieving great advances in Party building-from community-level to city-level. Moreover, specific strategies and methods of constructing the new system of Party building at the city level are also proposed in the paper.
