论我国社会转型对行政文化的影响

摘要 改革开放以来,我国的社会生态环境发生了深刻的变迁,经济日趋市场化、政治日益民主化、文化日渐多元化的社会转型为我国行政文化的革新提供了诱因。在这样诱因的诱致下,转型时期我国的行政文化呈现出了分权化、服务化、专业化、契约化和法治化的发展趋势。虽然传统行政文化的影响仍然存在并在短时间内难以消除,但民主、法制、效率、人本等现代要素得到了充分的孕育和发展,我国行政文化的现代性不断增强。 Since China's reform and opening to the outside, significant changes have taken place in China's soeio-ecological environment. Social changes like increasing market-orientation in its economy, increasing democracy in its politics, and its diversifying culture all contribute to the innovation of China's administration culture. During the social transition period, China's administration cuhure is seeing some new trends like power-division, more emphasis on service, professionalism, contract and law dominance. Ahhough the influence of traditional administration culture still exists and cannot be eliminated in a short period of time, such modern elements like democracy, law, efficiency and humanism have been fully fostered and developed. The goal of the increasing modemizalion of China's administration culture is being realized.
