株1S系列杂交早稻组合种子发芽特性研究初报

Primary Report on Germination Properties of Seed of A Series of Hybrid Early Rice Combinations from Zhu 1S

为探明株1S系列杂交组合种子发芽率偏低的问题，在制种时采用不同“九二0”用量与喷施时期处理，并在母本终花后不同时期收获种子，检测了各处理种子的特征和发芽特性。结果表明：喷施“九二0”的时期与用量对种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数均无显著影响；在母本终花后第10～20d收获种子，青米粒率随天数增加而减少，正常白色米粒率从第10～16d逐步提高，随后有下降的趋势，产生黄色米粒，发芽率从第10～15d逐步提高，随后有降低趋势；不同父本配组制得的种子．株两优58种子发芽率显著低于株两优211和株两优505，与其它组合的发芽率无显著差异。建议用株1S制种时，应在母本终花后第10～16d收种。

To probe the cause of low seed germination rate of the series of hybrid combinations obtained from the male sterile line Zhu 1S,experiment on GA3spraying amount,spraying period and the seed harvest times was conducted during seed production of hybrids with Zhu 1S, and characteristics of hybrid seeds and their germination properties were investigated. The results showed that the dosage and spraying period of GA3 had no significant effect on germination potential ,germination rate and germination index of hybrid seeds. The green rice rate was decreased from 10 d to 20 d after the female parent blossomed,whereas the white rice rate was increased gradually from 10 d to 16 d and then decreased,at the same time,the yellow rice appearred. The germination rate was gradually increased from 10 d to 16 d ,while a decreased trend was observed. Among different hybrid combinations,the seed germination rate of Zhnliangyou 58 was significantly lower than that of Zhuliangyou 211 and Zhuliangyou 505,while it had no significant difference to others. It was suggested that the hybrid seeds should be havested in 10- 16 d after the female parent blossomed in the seed production of Zhu 1S.
