摘要
进入市场化改革体制之后,中国水产品供求关系从非均衡趋向基本均衡,凸现阶段性的供求结构和供求特性。文章首先通过对20余年的水产品供求演进及其背景分析,归纳出水产品供求特性;其次,构建水产品供求的计量经济模型,对其结构进行剖析;最后,从"食物体系"的观点论析水产品供求均衡动向,并为达成未来的供求均衡提出一些政策性建议。
The relationship between supply and demand of fishery products in China has tended to achieve equilibrium since the system of market economy is established gradually. It shows the special structure and characteristics of supply and demand. The paper firstly introduces the relationship between supply and demand of fishery products in the past 20 years and explores the characteristics of supply and demand. Then an econometric model of supply and demand of fishery products is built and the structure of the model is analyzed. Finally, the paper expounds the tendency of the equilibrium between supply and demand of fishery products from an angle of food system and further presents some recommendations to achieve equilibrium in the future.
