摘要
本文试对香港地区的教育质量保证和学校监督进行探究,回答了三个重要问题:谁在掌控香港学校的教育质量?香港在学校教育质量保证的过程中采取了哪些重要策略?香港教育质量保证和学校监督的实施及改革是否一帆风顺,遇到了何种挑战?通过分析发现:香港教育质量保证体系"虽优尤险",需要进行细致而透彻的回顾,使政府与实践者之间的信任关系更加巩固,并促使相关工作进一步完善。
This paper tries to explore the education quality assurance and school monitoring in Hong Kong, with three research questions being raised: Who controls school education quality in Hong Kong? What strategies are used during the Hong Kong school education quality assurance process? Is agenda for the implementation and reforms of quality assurance and school monitoring in Hong Kong always smooth, any challenges? The analysis finds that while Hong Kong has built sophisticated quality assurance systems, the prospect may well be rough, and meticulous and full reviews are necessary to rebuild trust between the government and practitioners and to further improvement in point.
