摘要
在中小学领导过程中,校长与教师都要通过实施与对方的交换行为,借助并依赖对方的资源,以有效实现学校组织目标和满足教师需要。这种交换行为包括体制化交换和非体制化交换,前者指校长与教师在中小学设置的组织机构和各种制度基础上实施的交换行为;后者指双方不限于正式组织及其制度范围实施的交换行为。二者缺一不可,互为补充。
Principals and teachers effectively realize the school organization object and meet the teacher demand through implementing exchange behavior with another side and rely on the resource of another side in lead activity The action includes the system and systemless exchange and they are the realizing of school organization object and the meeting of teacher demand The former is that principals and teachers implement the exchange behavior in the normal organization and its system range;The later means that both sides don't limit the exchange behavior of the normal organization as well as its system range.
