Socialization of novice teachers has played an important role in teacher＇s professional stability and development. It is a process in which novice teachers have an interaction and mutual influence with the specific social context by understanding and interpreting it, which makes their recognition and behavior change a lot. The process is formed according to teachers＇ consciousness and behavior of social negotiation , which are characterized as specific, interactive and spiral, and have definite orientation of identity, social role and cultural difference.
