振弦式孔应力仪在复合顶板中的安装技术分析

摘要 受现场施工条件的限制,振弦式孔应力仪在钻孔内安装时,对钻孔孔径以及成孔质量要求较高,实际安装时往往出现不能安装到预定位置或安装后与孔壁的预应力达不到安装技术要求甚至掉出孔外的现象;现场通过对常用的两种钻孔施工工艺分析,集两者之长进行了优化;现场应用表明,该钻孔工艺能够保证基康牌4300型振弦式孔应力仪顺利安装并保证了较高的安装质量。 The aperture and the quality of installation are the most important factors to installing the vibrating wire stress appearance. Under the restriction of construction condition, the contact degree and the installation position of the stress appearance are difficult up to the standard, even fall off the drill. In this paper, two drill technique is analyzes, and a new method of drill is presents. This method includes advantages of former two. The practical effect shows that the new drill technique can ensure installation quality.
