当代中国社会人际关系论析——基于社会交换理论的思考

The Analysis of Interpersonal Relationship under Contemporary Chinese Society——Based on Thinking of the Social Exchange Theory

当代中国社会人际关系集中体现在:功利化人际关系淡化了人的感情;"人情"与"面子"仍维系人际关系;平等关系日益受重视;信任合作关系成为人际交往的策略;契约化人际关系挑战伦常关系等几方面;从社会交换理论来论析以上几种社会人际关系,并提出构建和谐的社会人际关系。

The interpersonal relationship of contemporary Chinese society are mainly embodied in the followings ： utility tendency interpersonal relationship play down the feelings of the people ; ＂social relationship＂ and the ＂ face＂ is still to maintain personal relationships; a relationship of equal has been increasingly noticed; trusting and cooperative relations become strategies of interpersonal relationship and contract interpersonal relationship challenges of moral human relations. This article attempts from the social exchange theory to analysis the above several social relationships, and to put forward that a harmonious social relationships should be establish.
