摘要
科研院所新品研制完成转入生产阶段,生产计划管理必须将市场需求、生产过程、交付情况统筹管理才能确保输出符合输入、PDCA过程闭环、管理规范。因此,梳理与市场需求、计划、生产过程相关的各个流程,并体现在计划管理软件系统中,可提升工作质量和工作效率,实现数据共享。
When new product research is transfers to manufacturing stage, manufacturing plan management must include comprehensive management of market requirement, manufacturing process, product shipment status. These managements can guarantee that the output matches the input, PDCA closed-loop process, and management regulation. Thus, analyzing and understanding of each process relating to market requirement, plan, manufacturing process. Then embodying it into plan management software system can improve work quality, work efficiency, and realize data sharing.
