野生槭叶草驯化技术研究

摘要 槭叶草由野生变家植获得成功。槭叶草在黑土栽培的效果最好,沙壤土次之,黄土最差。槭叶草田间施肥对单株鲜物重量、芽体分化的质量有显著影响,其最佳模式为每年追肥2次:第1次在萌芽期(5月初),将尿素和硫酸钾按2~3︰1的比例进行混合,每延长米追施30~40g,加腐熟猪粪2~3kg;第2次在植株生长中期(7月下旬)追施三料复合肥40~50g。在大田栽培条件下,槭叶草适宜栽植密度为20cm×20cm,3年生亩产鲜品2946.81kg。槭叶草有效成分和营养成分以落叶后最高,家栽的质量高于野生的质量。 It was acquired success ofMukdenia rossii(Ofiv.)Koidz, domestication culture from wildness. Black soil was the most suit- able among black soil, sandy soil and yellow soil which was the worst. Fertilization had significance influence on fresh mass per plant and quality of bud differentiation which best mode was two top dressings: one was 30-40 g/m2 of mixture (urea : potassium sulfate= 2-3 : 1) and 2-3 kg/m2 pig dung during sprouting period (early of May); the other was 40-50 g/m2 of compound fertilizer ( the last ten day of June). In the field culture condition the suitable plant tense was 20cm × 20cm and the fresh mass was 2 946.81 kg per mu of 3-year-old plants. The active constituent and nutritive elements were the highest after deciduous leaf and the quality of domestication was better than that of wildness.
