Correlative factors of periodontal disease treatment compliance

目的:研究牙周病患者门诊治疗依从性的影响因素,以改进牙周病治疗依从性的方法。方法:对160例牙周病患者采用问卷调查方法,了解影响牙周病患者治疗依从性的相关因素。结果:影响治疗依从性的因素有:年龄、文化程度、口腔卫生、经济收入、医患关系等。结论:在牙周病治疗的各个阶段,对各种类型的患者有针对性地采用不同的对策,进行心理辅导,使其在治疗中保持良好的依从性,取得稳定的治疗效果。

Objective To explore the factors influencing periodontal disease patients ambulatory treatment compliance, to improve the ways of periodontal disease treatment compliance. Method Questionnaire survey was performed on 160 periodontal disease patients, to in- vestigate the correlative factors influencing periodontal disease treatment compliance. Results The factors influencing treatment compliance were age, the level of culture, oral health, professional income, relationship between the doctor and patients and so on. Conclusion During each phase of the periodontal disease, adopts different antidote to various patients, gives psychological guidance, keeps them in good compliance. It can obtain steady curative effects.
