硝苯地平缓释片联合氯沙坦治疗老年高血压病67例疗效观察

目的:评价联合应用硝苯地平缓释片与氯沙坦治疗中老年高血压病的疗效。方法:将67例老年高血压病患者分成治疗组34例,对照组33例。通过对比治疗观察其降压疗效及对心血管的影响。结果:两组年龄、性别、血压差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗2个月后血压较对照组明显下降,随访一年后缺血事件发生率较对照组显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:两药合用治疗老年高血压病,降压疗效显著并能有效地降低心血管意外事件的发生率,不良反应发生率低。

Objective To applicate the efficacy of the joint evaluation of nifedipine sustained - release tablets and losartan on the hypertension in the elderly. Method For 67 cases of hypertension were divided into two groups：34 cases of the treatment＇ group and the control group 33 cases of. The antihypertensive effect and cardiovascular effects were. Results There were no significant difference between their age, sex, blood pressure （ P 〉 0.05 ）. After two months, the blood pressure decreased significantly in the treatment group compared with the control group, and the incidence of ischemie events of the treatment group was significantly decreased compared to the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ＇after one year. Conclusion The joint evaluation of nifedipine sustained - release tablets and losartan has obviously antihypertens- ire effect, significantly lower the incidence of cardiovascular accidents and the adverse reactions.
