奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死60例疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法:60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组基础治疗使用活血化瘀药物,在此基础上治疗组应用奥扎格雷钠80mg,加入生理盐水静脉滴注,1次/d,连用14d;对照组应用阿斯匹林肠溶片,75—150mg/d顿服,治疗前及治疗2周后对两组患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分(NDS)。结果:治疗组临床总有效率94.31%,显著优于对照组75.22%(P〈0.01),治疗后NDS(6.04±9.54)分、明显优于对照组(13.1±8.14)分,(P〈0.01)。结论:奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。
