The small and medium-sized enterprise is the major pillar of the economic development and the social stability. However, the financing ＂bottleneck＂ is still the primary factor in restricting the growth of the SMEs. Through innovating financing channels for SMEs, this paper explores the concrete ways for SMEs to create a more loose financing environment a more relaxed environment financing.
