摘要
失败ERP项目大量存在,其诱因在于人力资源、资金、技术等因素。界定了失败ERP项目概念,基于循环经济、失败学、组织行为、流动配置等理论基础,提出了失败ERP项目人力资源再配置的措施。
Failed ERP projects which result from human resource, capital and technology exist in a large number. This paper defines the conception of failed ERP projects based on such theories as cycle economic, failure, organization behavior and current collocation and so on, and raises the measures of re-collocation of human resources in failed ERP project.
