电催化氧化对罗丹明B脱色效果的研究

摘要 以Ti/MnO2/PbO2电极作为阳极,在无隔膜的电解槽中对罗丹明B模拟废水进行了电催化氧化脱色的研究。探讨了支持电解质(Na2SO4)浓度、电流密度、罗丹明B初始浓度、支持电解质NaCl等因素对罗丹明B脱色的影响。研究结果表明:增加电流密度、提高电解质浓度有利于罗丹明B色度的脱除,相同条件下,溶液浓度越低,罗丹明B的电催化脱色效果越好。 Color removal of simulated Rhodamine B wastewater was studied systematically by electrolysis in an electrolytic cell without diaphragm with the Ti/MnO2/PbO2 as the anode. The effect of the concentration of electrolyte (Na2SO4) current density, initial concentration of Rhodamine B and the electrolyte of NaCl on the color removal efficiency were analyzed. It shows that higher current density, larger electrolyte concentration, lower initial concentration of Rhodamine B is benefit to color removal. Under the same condition, the higher the concentration of sulution, the better the effect of electro-catalytic.
