微机械气流式水平姿态传感器建模技巧及计算

摘要 阐述了微机械气流式水平姿态传感器的三维建模技巧及仿真。利用ANSYS-FLOTRAN CFD软件,通过建立三维实体模型、划分网格、加载和求解等途径,进行了有限元仿真。为了使分析更为简便可行,提出了合理的模型建立方案,采用了截取部分体积建模的方法,节省了大量的计算时间;而多次网格划分及关键线偶数段划分的技巧,提高了仿真结果的准确性和计算进度。这种三维建模方法提高了微机械水平姿态传感器敏感机理研究的精确性。 In the paper, modeling technology and simulation for micro-mechanical air flow level-posture sensor is explained. Through ANSYS-FLOTRAN CFD program and by means of a series of procedure, such as three-dimensional, network modifying, loads applying and equation solving, FEM analysis has been obtained. In order to make it simple and feasible, several rational mechanics model schemes are set up. The method of cutting partial volume modeling is used to save massive time and energy ; The skills such as meshed times without number and the key-line meshed of even number advance the veracity and calculation progress of simulation results. Three-dimensional provides a more effective road for optimization of air flow level-posture sensor.
