摘要
目的观察电针与康复训练的不同干预次序对局灶性脑缺血大鼠运动功能的影响。方法采用Bederson神经功能评分及网屏实验评分。结果先针后运动组及先运动后针组在治疗前后Bederson神经功能评分及网屏实验评分明显下降,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05),其中第14d先运动后针组的各项评分较缺血对照组明显降低,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05),与先针后运动组比较,则无明显差异。结论不同干预次序的电针及康复治疗,对局灶性脑缺血大鼠运动功能的恢复有明显的影响,且先运动后针组的影响较为明显。
Objective To observe the effect of the different intervention orders in electroacupuncture and rehabilitation training on motor function of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) rats. Methods The effect of the intervention was evaluated by the scores of Bederson neural function and grid curtain test. Results The scores of Bederson neural function and net screen test show a obvious decrease after therapy in the group with acupuncture first and group with exercise first (P〈0.05). Compared with isehemia control group, the scores of group with exercise first reduced obviously after 14 days (P〈0.05), but no difference in group with acupuncture first. Conclusion Different intervention order have obvious effect on motor function of MCAO rats, especially in group with rehabilitation before electroacupuncture.
