摘要
在一定温度和压力下,将电极材料与离子交换膜制成一体,形成膜组合电极,即PbO2-SPE组合电极,将其应用于3-甲基吡啶电氧化制烟酸的研究中,通过循环伏安、极化曲线、开路电位和电解实验,表明该电极对电氧化反应有一定的催化活性。通过改变3-甲基吡啶和硫酸浓度,证明3-甲基吡啶在PbO2-SPE组合电极上的电氧化选择性和电流效率与反应物浓度、硫酸浓度和阳极电位有关。
The PbO2-SPE composite electrode was prepared under different temperature and pressure. It was used to study the synthesis of nicotinic acid from 3-picoline by electrooxidation method. The measurements of Cycle voltammograms, polarization curves, potential of open circuit as well as electrolysis demonstrated the composite electrode was active for producing nicotinic acid from 3-picoline. By c vitriol, it was proved that the electrooxidation selectivity and current composite electrode was dependent on the concentration of reactant, the hanging the concentration of 3-picoline and efficiency for 3-picoline on the PbO2-SPE concentration of vitriol and anode potential.
