摘要
目的:探讨骨蚀灵胶囊防治激素性股骨头坏死的作用机理。方法:采用马血清与甲基强的松龙复制家兔激素性股骨头坏死模型,随机分为空白组、模型组、骨蚀灵组、川芎嗪组,测定各组不同时间点骨内压、TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α的动态变化。结果:模型组骨内压与空白组比较在6、8、10、12周时均出现显著增高,而骨蚀灵组与空白组自8周后无显著性差异;模型组血浆TXB2及T/P(TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α)比值显著高于空白组及骨蚀灵组(P<0.05),而6-keto-PGF1α则显著低于空白组及骨蚀灵组(P<0.05),且骨蚀灵组与正常组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:骨蚀灵胶囊可调节骨内压及血浆中TXB2、T/P(TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α)的含量,从而防止骨坏死进一步恶化,有利于坏死的骨质修复。
Objective : To study the function mechanism of "gushiling" capsule in prevention and treatment of Steraid - induced avascularnecrosis of femoral head (SANFH). Methods: The adult rabbits with horse serum and the methylprednisolone - induced SANFH were randomly divided into four groups ( the normal control group ; model group ; treatment by "gushiling" capsule group;treatment by "chuanxiongqin" group) , and bone inner pressure,TXB2 and 6 -keto- PGF1α were detected in every group. Results : The bone inner pressure was higher significantly in the model group than that in the nomal group at 6, 8, 10, 12 weeks . But there was no significantly different between the normal group and "gnshil- ing" capsule group after 8 weeks . The contents of TXB2 and TXB2/6 - keto - PGF1α ere higher significantly in the model group than that in the nomal group and "gushillng" capsule group ( P 〈 0.05 ). But the content of 6 -keto -PGF1α were lower significantly in the model group than that in the nomal group and "gushiling" capsule group( P 〈0.05) ,and there was no significantly different between the normal group and "gushiling" capsule group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : "gushiling" capsule could adjust bone inner pressure and the contents of TXB2 and TXB2/6 -keto- PGF1α.. prevent osteonecrosis from progressing and promote restoration of necrotic bone.
