Study on Academic Thoughts and Experience in Clinical Application of Professor WANG Bo-zhang

王伯章教授是全国知名伤寒学家,广东省名中医,全国第三批老中医药专家,从医30多年,积累了丰富的经验,形成独特的学术思想。作为其学术继承人,得其言传身教,总结其主要学术思想为:①经典著作是基础,应钻得入、出得来。②提出三阴三阳理论新见解,阐明六经辨证的科学性。③总结出《伤寒论》的基本临床思维为"诊病审因,辨证察机,随机选方,无方立法,对症用药"。④提出创新是运用经方的灵魂。⑤关于中西医结合的思想。并结合临床应用实例,加深理解,希望能使青年一代中医减少走弯路,丰富理论知识,掌握基本临床思维方法,提高临床诊疗水平。

Obejective： Professor WANG Bo-zhang has practised medicine for more than 30 years and accumulated abnndant of clinical experience and formed distinct academic thoughts. He is a well - known typhoid scholar and famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine of Guangdong province, one of the third batch old outstanding traditional Chinese medicine expert. The author as his academic inherit, followed his clincal practice and got his academic thoughts, then summarized his main academic thought as follows ：（1） the doctor should base his clinical practise on the classical works on TCM , summarized repeatedly, promoted constantly, but wasn＇t limited . （2）introduced neodoxy of three YIN and three YANG theories, and clarified the connotation of syndrome - differentiation of the six meridians. （3） summaried Treatise on Febrile Diseases of the basical clinical thinking as follows ＂to seek etiological factor by four physical examinations; to observation pathogenesis through differentiation of symptoms and signs ; to select according to pathogenesis; to deploy therapeutic principle without formula composition; to adoption herbs in compliance with symptom＂. （4）pointed out that innovation was the essence of handling classical prescription or recipe. （5）thoughts concerning integrating traditional and western medicine. Some clinical cases record were also mentioned to demonstration above academic thoughts so as to accelerate young doctors to grasp basic clinical thoughts and Experience in Clinical Application.
