目的:观察保肝益胃合剂对硫代乙酰胺所致大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:硫代乙酰胺(TAA)200mg/kg,腹腔注射(ip),建立大鼠急性肝损伤的模型;保肝益胃合剂,多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊(易善复),甘草酸二胺胶囊(甘立欣)灌胃治疗。测定保肝益胃合剂对肝损伤大鼠的血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)的活性以评价肝脏损伤程度和药物的保护作用。结果:模型对照组AST、ALT值显著高于正常对照组,保肝益胃合剂组ALT、AST值低于模型对照组。结论:保肝益胃合剂对硫代乙酰胺所致大鼠急性肝损伤有一定的保护作用。
