摘要 目的:提取名老中医药专家治疗冠心病心绞痛的常用药对。方法:运用广义信息熵法分析中国中医科学院广安门医院心内科的名老中医药专家的100例冠心病心绞痛的319则中医处方(方剂),分析方剂中每两味中药之间的关联系数,定量描述它们之间的关联度,进而提取名老中医治疗冠心病心绞痛的常用药对。结果:名老中医药专家有自己的用药特色(经典药对)。结论:广义信息熵关联度法是分析提取中医方剂中药对的较适宜方法,同时也为中医的传承与发展提供了一定的思路与方法。 Objective: Extract couplet medicines in common use from old and famous doctor of TCM in treating Angina pectoris of coronary artery disease. Methods:analyze 100 cases of Angina pectoris of coronary artery disease patients including 319 prescriptions which old and famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) write out from Guang' anmen Hospital based on information entropy in a broad sense,and also analyze the incidence coefficient of each a couple of traditional Chinese medicine in Prescription. Quantitative analyze their incidence coefficient, what's more, Extract couplet medicines in common use from old and famous doctor of TCM in treating Angina pectoris of coronary artery disease. Results:old and famous doctor of TCM have their own drug administration in treating Angina pectoris of coronary artery disease,such as some couplet medicines. Conclusion:It shows that the information entropy in a broad sense may be an ideal in studying on extracting couplet medicines in common use from old and famous doctor of TCM in treating Angina pectoris of coronary artery disease. It also provide the train of though and method for carrying forward and developing TCM.
