高效液相色谱法测定牛蒡药材不同部位牛蒡子苷和苷元的含量

Content Analysis of Arctiin and Arctigenin of Different Spots of Arctium Lappa L.by HPLC

目的:对牛蒡药材不同部位牛蒡子苷和牛蒡子苷元含量测定。方法:采用高效液相色谱法的测定。Agilent 1100液相色谱系统四元泵,Agilent色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);甲醇-水二元梯度洗脱,检测波长280nm。结果:牛蒡的根、茎、叶中几乎不含牛蒡子苷和牛蒡子苷元,绒毛和花序中含少量牛蒡子苷和牛蒡子苷元,而牛蒡子在牛蒡中二者含量均高。结论:该方法简便、准确,为更好的开发利用牛蒡提供依据。

Objective ：To establish a ItPLC method for determination of of different spots of Arctium Lappa L. Methods ：The HPLC method was employed by taking Agilent column as fixed phase and methanol - water as mobile phase. Results ：It＇s root,stem and leaf nearly do not contain,the down and the inflorescence contain few aretiin and arctigenin ,but the two contents are highest in the fruit. Conclusion ：The method is simple, accurate. It provides the basis for a better development of Arctium Lappa L.
