芪丹益肾降糖胶囊对糖尿病肾病患者T细胞亚群及血液TGF-β IGF-1含量变化的干预研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究芪丹益肾降糖胶囊对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者外周血胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)、转化生长因子(TGF-β)、T细胞亚群的影响,并进一步探讨该复方中药抗DN的作用机理。方法:将88例符合入选标准的DN患者,采用双盲双模拟研究方法,随机分为治疗组和对照组,从T细胞亚群(CD3+、CD+4、CD+8、CD4+/CD8+)、TGF-β、IGF-1含量变化等方面进行前瞻性对比治疗研究。结果:DN患者存在免疫功能的低下,血液TGF-β、IGF-1含量明显升高,与健康人比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。经1个疗程的治疗,两组患者的各观察指标均有不同程度的改善,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05及P<0.01);治疗后治疗组与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05及P<0.01)。结论:芪丹益肾降糖胶囊能明显提高机体的免疫功能,降低DN患者血液TGF-β、IGF-1的含量。说明芪丹益肾降糖胶囊对DN患者的预后影响与提高机体的免疫功能、抑制血液TGF-β、IGF-1的表达有关。 Objective : To explore the effect of T lymphocyte subgroup and changes of TGF-β, IGF - 1 in patients with diabetic nephrophthy on Qidan Yishen Jiangtang capsule, and to better understand the pathogensis of the traditional Chinese medicine formulas . Methods : 88 cases were taken as observed indexes, double - blind and double - dummy design method was used to observe the therapeutic effects of Chinese drug. 88 cases of pain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patient's T lymphocyte subgroup(CD3^+ ,CD4^+ ,CD8^+ ,CD4^+/CD8^+ ) ,changes of TGF -β and IGF -1 and so on were retrospectively analyzed. Results: There were increasing level of TGF -β,IGF - 1 and the immunity function was depressed. We found the patients there was significant difference than health personages (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈0.01 ). Both of the two groups had improvement in different degree after one period of treatment, and there was significant difference than before treatment and control group ( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion:Qidan Yishen Jiangtang capsule could obviously decrease contents of TGF -β ,IGF - 1 ,improve the immunity function obviously. The study illuminated that the capsule could improve patients' prognosis, which was closely related with decreasing content of TGF-β,IGF - 1 and improving the immunity function.
