摘要
城市规模大区域火灾预警系统以白光CCD、红外热像仪、多波段复合探测器为主要探测模块,以激光测距机及终端承载平台的双坐标伺服系统实现对目标的搜索、识别、捕捉和定位。消防指挥中心自动化遥控接收系统终端的探测信息、目标位置及可能的预警信号。如果预警信号出现,系统就能依据被锁定目标的三维坐标,结合嵌入的城市电子地图和其他信息系统,查询目标及周围的相关信息,迅速判明预警的真伪或状态,为消防出警决策提供可靠依据。
AbstractFire alarm system for city size large area consists of white light CCD,infrared thermography and muhiband combined detector ,these form the main detection modules. A double coordinates servo system with laser telemeter and terminal bearing platform is used to search, distinguish, capture and locate the target. The fire fighting command centre receives the detected information, target position and possible warning signal from the system terminal automatically or by remote control. When the warning signal appears, the system is able to find out the target venue and the interrelated information nearby according to three-dimensional coordinates of the locked target and using embedded city digital map as well as other information systems,then ascertains quickly whether or not the signal is true or the signal's status, thus provides a reliable basis for the decision of fire brigade rescuing.
