血府逐瘀汤对动脉粥样硬化家兔主动脉组织ERK_(1/2) mRNA表达的影响

摘要 目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤对动脉粥样硬化家兔主动脉组织ERK1/2mRNA表达的影响。方法:21只家兔随机分为空白组、模型组、血府逐瘀汤组,每组7只。采用高脂喂饲复制家兔动脉粥样硬化模型,用原位杂交法观察各组家兔主动脉组织ERK1/2mRNA表达。结果:模型组主动脉组织ERK1/2mRNA表达的平均光密度值明显高于空白组(P<0.01);与模型组比较,血府逐瘀汤组主动脉组织ERK1mRNA表达的平均光密度值减小(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤抑制高脂喂饲致家兔动脉粥样硬化形成的作用可能与调节MAPK信号转导通路相关酶活性表达有关。 Objectve :To invesigate the influence and mechanism ofXuefu Zhuyu Tang on the expression of extracellular regulated kinase mRNA ( ERK1/2 mRNA) in experimental atherosclerosis rabbits. Methods : 21 Japan white rabbits were divided into 3 groups of 7 rabbits each( control group, hypercholesterol group, Xuefu Zhuyu Tang group ). The expression of extracellular regulated kinase mRNA( ERK1/2 mRNA) was determined by situ hybridization at 10 weeks. Results :In comparison with hypercholesterol group, Xuefu zhuyu tang could increase the the expression of ERK1/2 mRNA ( P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion : Xuefu Zhuyu Tang could prevent the development of the atherosclerosis. The mechanism may be related to increase the expression of extracellular regulated kinase mRNA.
