回转台是20 MN快锻机的主要工具,使用频率很高,出现故障几率很大。主要是碟型弹簧失效或断裂,更换频繁,成本较高。改用绕性弹簧后故障频率大大降低。

Rotary table is one main tool for 20MN fast forge machine which is highly used in its field thus causing a high possibility of malfunction. The main reason of this malfunction is the invalidation of damage of butterfly spring which would be changed quite often and also a higher cost. Failure frequency possibility would be decreased if we used circle spring.
