The product instructions in present market have different levels of problems with the default of language. This phenomenon is due to the violation of the language responsibility. The language responsibility of product instruction lies in the attainment of the language rights of its designer, and is realized by the mutual realization of the internal basic responsibility and the external attached responsibility. The phenomenon of the default in language responsibility is generally because of the imbalance of strength between the language rights and the language responsibility. And the more specific and direct reason is due to the imbalance between the language driving power and the language restricted power. In order to make the language environment of product instruction entering into a healthy regulated virtuous cycle, we should enhance the awareness of the language responsibility of its designers and the whole members of the society.
