自体骨膜细胞移植修复股骨头缺血性坏死的实验研究

Autogeneic grafting of periosteal cells for the repair of avascular necrosis of femoral head in dogs

目的:观察成年犬骨膜细胞移植对缺血性骨坏死的修复作用。方法:切取4条成年犬的胫骨骨膜,分别进行骨膜细胞培养。然后用上述动物及另外4条成年犬建立股骨头缺血性坏死模型。将培养的骨膜细胞移植到供体动物的缺血性坏死的股骨头内,另外4条不移植骨膜细胞作对照。6周后取出游离股骨头进行组织病理学检查。结果:实验组股骨头内有大量新骨形成,而对照组股骨头内无新骨形成。结论:成年犬骨膜细胞移植能促进骨再生,对股骨头缺血性坏死具有修复作用。

The purpose of this study was to study the repair of avascular necrosis of femoral head (ANFH) with autogeneic grafting of periosteal cells in adult dogs. The tibial periostea of 4 adult dogs were excised and cultured respectively. The animal model of ANFH was created in the 4 dogs and other 4 dogs. The cultured periosteal cells were collected and transplanted into the necrotic femoral heads in the 4 dogs (experimental group),and other 4 dogs were served as the control group without periosteal cell transplantation. Six weeks after the cell transplantation, the femoral heads were taken out and underwent histological examination. There were active bone formation in the experimental group. But in the control grooup, there were no findings of bone regeneration, It was concluded that autogeneic grafting of periosteal cells of adult dogs could improve bone regeneration and have some roles in the repair of ANFH.
