TCD监测下尿激酶静脉溶栓28例分析
摘要
目的:应用经颅多普勒(TCD)监测急性脑梗死静脉溶栓治疗后的血流变化及与预后关系。方法:对28例急性脑梗死静脉溶栓的患者,在治疗前及治疗后进行TCD监测,并同时进行神经功能缺损评分。结果:随血流信号的改变,神经功能缺损评分下降。结论:脑梗死溶栓治疗后进行TCD监测具有重要临床意义,其血流改善与患者临床情况的改善密切相关。
