摘要
目的探讨进展性脑梗死患者血中尿酸和D-二聚体含量变化与进展性脑梗死发生的关系。方法入选急性脑梗死患者116例,根据临床症状、体征有无进展分为进展性脑梗死组、非进展性脑梗死组。分别测定血尿酸和D-二聚体浓度。结果进展性脑梗死组和非进展性脑梗死组的血浆D-二聚体和尿酸比较,进展性脑梗死患者血尿酸和D-二聚体含量明显高于非进展性脑梗死组和对照组(P<0.01)。结论血尿酸和D-二聚体在进展性脑梗死的显著增高,对进展性脑梗死患者的临床诊断具有重要的参考价值。
Objective To explore the relationship of variation of plasma uric acid and D-dimer and occurrence of advanced cerebral infarction. Methods 116 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into advanced cerebral infarction group and non-advanced cerebral infarction group. Plasma concentrations of uric acid and D-dimer were measured for all subjects. Results The plasma contents of uric acid and D-dimer were significantly higher in advanced cerebral infarction group than those in non-advanced cerebral infarction group and healthy control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion The plasma contents of uric acid and D-dimer are significantly elecated in advanced cerebral infarction patients, and significantly elevated plasma uric acid and D-dimer contribute to clinical diagnosis of advanced cerebral infarction.
