以精神病性症状为首发的阿尔茨海默病的临床特征

Clinical feature of Alzheimer disease with first-episod psychiatric symptoms

目的研究精神病性症状为首发的阿尔茨海默病(AD)的临床特征。方法以中国精神障碍分类和诊断标准(CCMD-3)为诊断标准,采用对照研究的方法分别对以精神病性症状为首发的AD患者及非精神病性症状为首发的AD患者在一般资料临床症状方面进行比较。结果两组在一般情况及智能方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而研究组在妄想和行为障碍方面较为突出。结论阿尔茨海默病患者的精神症状发生率较高,应引起重视。

Objective To explore the clinical feature of Alzheimer disease （AD） with first-episod psychiatric symptoms. Methods Control study was adopted to analyze and compare the clinical data of AD patients with and without first-episod psychiatric symptoms （study group and control group） with the third edition of the Chinese Classification and diagnostic criteria of Mental Disorders （CCMD-3） as diagnostic criteria. Results There were no significant different in general state of health and mental state between the two groups （P〉0.05）. But the patients had more severe delusion and behavioral disturbance in study group. Conclusion The incidence of the psychiatric symptom is high in AD patients, which should be paid more attention to.
