摘要
在分析自我效能感对个体发展产生重要影响的基础上,结合高校学生教育管理实践,提出将自我效能感理论运用到大学生教育管理工作中的方法和途径,通过建立必要的积极干预措施,帮助大学生改善自我效能感,合理设计人生发展规划。
Based on the analysis of the impact of self-efficacy on individual development, the article puts forward the methods and ways of applying self-efficacy theory to management of university education. Moreover, necessary intervention measures should be played an important role in the practice of management of university education, which will help college students to design their development planning.
