建设社会主义新农村给公共财政制度建设提出了一系列新课题。扩大公共财政覆盖农村范围,不断加大三农投入,解决农村公共产品供给不足、社会事业发展滞后问题,必须优化财政支农支出结构,引导整合社会资源,支持新农村建设。

Socialist new rural area construction provides a series of problems to public finance system. We should extend public finance＇s sphere of support in new rural area, consistently extend input to rural area, in order to solve the shortage problem of rural public products supply and development backward problem. We must optimize the output structure of finance support, guide to adjust social sources, and support new rural area constructions.
