羟基氨基羧基磺酸系高效减水剂的应用性能研究

摘要 根据分子结构设计理论,在反应体系中通过引入水扬酸,制备出分子链中含有—SO3H、—OH、—NH2、—COOH基团的新型羟基氨基羧基磺酸系(AH)高效减水剂,AH高效减水剂对水泥颗粒具有很好的分散性和分散保持性。研究了AH高效减水剂不同掺量对混凝土减水率、强度和凝结时间的影响,比较了不同种类减水剂的性能。结果表明,AH高效减水剂与传统的萘系减水剂相比具有掺量小、减水率高、应用性能更好、生产工艺简单的优点,能够满足不同强度等级的泵送混凝土需求。 Based on molecular structure design philosophy a purpose-built hydroxyl-amino-carboxyl-sulfonic acid (AH) type high efficiency water reducer was synthesized by introducing into salicylic acid and hydrophilic functional groups such as -SO3H,- OH,-NH2 or -COOH are introduced to phenyls. The AH type high efficiency water reducer has strong dispersivity and retentivity on cement particle. The influence of different dosage on concrete water reducing ratio, strength and coagulation time was investigated. The performance of different types of water reducer was compared. The results show that it has advantages of low dosage,high water reducing ratio,better application performance and simplified production process compared with naphthalene type water reducer and it can meet the demand of various strength grades pumping concrete.
