摘要
介绍了阻隔型、反射型和辐射型等3类建筑保温隔热涂料的特征、绝热机理、发展现状及各自的优点和局限性。保温隔热性能良好的功能建筑涂料往往是由2种或多种保温隔热机理协同作用的结果,因此,可采用复合技术,既考虑保温系统的保温效果又兼顾外表面隔热需要,充分利用各类保温隔热涂料的特点,扬长避短,使其优势互补,研制性能优良的复合型建筑保温隔热涂料。同时,可针对不同地区的气候特点及建筑节能要求,将不同种类的建筑保温隔热涂料之间或与其它外墙外保温材料进行复合应用,制成既保温又隔热的外墙外保温系统,或制成以隔热为主的外墙外保温系统,以满足夏热冬冷和夏热冬暖地区的建筑节能保温要求。
The feature,thermal insulation mechanism,development actuality of three kinds of building thermal insulation coating i.e. types of interclude,reflection and radiation are introduced as well as their advantages and limitations. Satisfactory performance of building thermal insulation coating is the result of synergetic effect of two or more than two thermal insulation mechanism, therefore adopting composite technology can make consideration of thermal insulation effect of the system as well as make a compromise to the demand of exterior surface heat insulation,give full play to the features of various thermal insulation coatings, exploit to the fully their favorable conditions and avoid unfavorable ones, superiority complementation to develop composite building thermal insulation coating with excellent performance. Meanwhile,aiming at climate features and building energy saving requirement of different areas,composite application can be made among different types of building thermal insulation coatings or with other exterior wall insulation materials so as to make the exterior insulation and finishing system with both thermal insulation and heat insulation or make EIFS give the first place to heat insulation to satisfy the building energy saving and thermal insulation requirements in hot summer cold winter and hot summer warm winter areas.
