颈椎前路钢板内固定在颈椎伤病治疗中的应用

Treatment of Cervical Vertebrae Injuries and Diseases with Anterior Decompression, Spinal Fusion and Plate Fixation

目的探讨颈椎伤痛治疗中应用颈椎前路钢板内固定的一临床疗效。方法对169例2000～2007年间采用颈椎前路减压、取髂骨植骨融合、前路自锁钢板内固定治疗治疗的颈椎骨折脱位、无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤、脊髓型颈椎病、颈椎间盘突出症和颈椎椎体结核等伤病病例进行回顾总结。结果本组手术时间90—180min（平均130min），出血量200～3000ml（平均400ml），无术中并发症，96例获得随访的合并脊髓损伤的病例，除42例A级者，未见神经功能改善外，其余54例均有1～3级改善，平均改善1．6级。结论颈椎前路钢板内固定是治疗颈椎伤病的确切、有效方法。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficiency of cervical vertebrae injuries and diseases treated by anterior cervical decompression, vertebral body fusion and plate fixation. Methods： The clinical results of 169 cases of cervical vertebrae injuries and diseases treated by anterior cervical decompression, vertebral body fusion and plate fixation from 2000 to 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The operation time ranged from 90min to 180min, averaging 130min. The bleeding volume ranged from 200ml to 3000ml, averaging 400ml. No complication was found during operation. Among patients with spinal cord injury, 96 patients were followed up, except 42 patients whose ASIA grade were A had no recover, the rest had 1 to 3 grades recover, averaging 1.6 grades recover. Conclusion： anterior cervical decompression, vertebral body fusion and plate fixation is a exact and available way of treatment of cervical vertebrae injuries and diseases.
