复方丹参滴丸治疗脑动脉硬化症临床观察

Clinical observation of caused by brain artery hardening by using compound Danshen dripping pills.

目的观察复方丹参滴九治疗脑动脉硬化症临床疗效。方法选择脑动脉硬化症患者82例，随机分成两组，复方丹参滴丸治疗组41例和西医对照组41例，治疗8周为一疗程，观察总体临床疗效、头痛程度疗效和颅脑平均血流速度（Vm）.结果总体临床疗效、头痛程度疗效和颅脑平均血流速度（Vm）治疗组均优于对照组，比较两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论复方丹参滴九治疗脑动脉硬化症临床疗效确切和良好的安全性。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treatment of caused by brain artery hardening by using compound Danshen dripping pills. Methods 82 patients with caused by brain artery hardening were randomly divided into two groups, compound Danshen dripping pills therapeutic group （n=41） and routine Western medicine control group （n=41）. Observing total the clinical effect of treatment, the degree of headache and the brain of Vm befort and after eight-week treatment for one course of treatment. Results Over with due regard to all the effect in treatment group was better than in control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions compound Danshen dripping pills has obvious accuracy effect and safety in treatment of caused by brain artery hardening.
