腹腔镜胆囊切除术胆管损伤16例分析

Bile duct injury in laparoscopic cholecystectomy, analysis of 16 cases

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术胆管损伤的预防和处理。方法回顾分析1430例LC患者的临床资料，总结LC术中发生胆管损伤的常见原因和处理方法。结果1430例LC中发生胆管损伤16例，占1．1％，经中转开腹手术，均治愈出院。结论预防损伤和术中早期发现是关键，胆管损伤的处理要根据损伤的时间、部位、类型等选择不同的方法。

Objective： To investigate the prevention and the treatment of the bile duct injuries in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods： The clinical data of 1430 LC was analyzed retrospectively.The common carise and treatment for the bile duct injury in LC were summarized.Results： In 1430 LC cases of this group, 16 bile duct injury occurred.It is 1.1%.The 16 cases were all converted to open operation and recovered smoothly without severe complication.Conclusions： The prevention and finding in operation are keys.The treatment of the bile duct injuries should be the different methods according to the times of finding the injuries, the position, the types, etc.
