摘要
目的评价MI-921型电解质分析仪的性能,并介绍日常维护和一般故障排除。方法对K、Na、Cl精密度测定、线性评价以及交叉污染率测定。结果K、Na、Cl精密度批内CV在0.88~1.36%之间,批间变异系数CV〈2%。线性相关(K:Y=1.039x-0.113,r=0.997;Na:Y=1.000x+1.274,r=0.999;Cl:Y=0.818x+16.531,r=0.998)。交叉污染率均小于2%。结论MI-921型电解质分析仪精密度很好,交叉污染率符合仪器要求,回归线性都很好,氯的准确性经校正后较好。做好日维护,及时排除故障能为临床诊断提供及时可靠的参考数据。
Objective: To evaluate the performance of MI-921 type of electrolyte analyzer and introduce methods of its daffy maintenance and how to remove usual faults. Methods: The precision of K, Na, C1, the cross contaminative rates among them has been measured, and the linearity evaluation has been made. Results: The CV within run is between 0.88% and 1.36%; the CV between day is less than 2% ; the linearity related (K : Y=1.039x-0.113, r=0.997 ; Na: Y=1.000x+1.274, r=0.999; C1: Y=0.818x+16.531, r=0.998), and the cross contaminative rate are all less than 2%. Conclusion: The MI-921 type of electrolyte analyzer is of high precision, the cross contaminative rates produced quality it to meet the requirements of instruments, and it has also produced a satisfactory linearity result. The accuracy of chlorine(C1) is comparatively high after it has been calibrated, To learn to maintain it well and remove its faults timely can help us to provide liable data for clinical diagnosis.
